Counting Sheep ...
I am not sure whats going on with my sleep patterns but they're all messed up at the moment. Maybe its my 'change in lifestyle' these days, I am not going out as much so I am getting more 'restful' sleep and I don't need as much of it. Fair enough, but I still feel really tired in the mornings. My diet has been fairly ok lately too, lots of fruit and vegetables, good carbs (wholewheat pasta) and protien. Ok, so I have the odd bar of chocolate and yesterday I did hunker down on a Bacon Quarter Pounder from McDonald's but those are exceptions and not the rule. There must be something unresolved that I have yet to figure out, or on some level I know what it is but I am not ready to admit to it (bingo!) ...
